Beginning to learn foreign languages at an early age boosts children’s cognitive development. It can increase their language proficiency, and more importantly, their exposure to the cultures behind the languages. 

 

In TSL, besides having English and Chinese as the core languages, students can have a taste of Basic French, Basic Japanese and Basic Spanish in P.1, and further study one of the languages starting from P.2.
